Slack integration guide
Tiny Finch operates as a channel within a Slack workspace. If you already have a Slack workspace, follow these steps. If you don't have a workspace, go to the Slack website and create one before proceeding with the steps below.
Tiny Finch allows you to log in with your email or Slack account. Both methods work to integrate with Slack. Choose one of the two options below.
If you decide to log in with your email, follow these steps:

Click Get started at the top right of Tiny Finch's website. You will be directed to the Sign up page. Fill in the blanks under With Email, and then click Sign up.

Once your account is created, you will be directed to your Dashboard. Under the Necessary steps, click the link to the Integrations page. Once there, pick Slack and click Choose my integration. You will be directed to the Slack integration page. Click the Install on Slack button.

This will direct you to a Slack page where you can authorize the installation of Tiny Finch to your Slack workspace. Select the workspace you've created in the top right corner and click Allow.

Check your Slack workspace; the tinyfinch must be under the Channels. This marks the completion of your integration. Your website's visitors will send you their chats directly via our Tiny Finch bot.
If you decide to log in with your Slack account, follow these steps. This method is essentially identical to the previous one. It only removes step 2 from the previous one.
